What makes me qualified?
It’s definitely this blazer (just kidding).
Hi, I’m Mandi. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I have a MHR degree as well as a MA degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I integrate into my practice to help clients build coping skills, manage distress, and improve their mental health.
I am an active member of the Menopause Society, where I stay up to date on the latest research and techniques in menopause and women’s health to provide the highest quality of support. I am also trained as an ADHD coach through JST Coaching & Training, however I do not currently provide coaching services.
I am also a woman, a wife, a mom, a daughter and the biggest lover of dogs, fidgets and making pottery.

Do I take insurance?
As with most speciality providers, I do not participate in any insurance plans. Paying out-of-pocket offers the benefits of enhanced privacy, confidentiality and flexibility. I do offer 4 sliding scale spots. Please reach out to inquire about the waiting list for the sliding scale spots.
